Massages Cancellation Policy:

Individual Appointments:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

    Spa Package Parties:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 1 week prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
